The decision to move our Currency & Global Payments division to a stand-alone entity helps to streamline our business operations and financial reporting as well as create strategic opportunities for the newly formed Olympia Currency & Global Payments Inc.

The same client experience you had as a client of Olympia Trust Company. Our business approach will not change, and we will continue to provide you with personalized service that is client focused and value adding.

All clients wishing to conduct foreign exchange transactions after January 1, will need to sign new customer forms with Olympia Currency & Global Payments Inc.  Your account manager will work with you to make the documentation process as smooth as possible, in most cases it will likely require just a date and a signature.

Your funds will still be deposited and held at Olympia Trust Company in a segregated trust account during the entirety of your transaction. Once your funds have been received by your payee, Olympia Trust will release the funds to Olympia Currency & Global Payments Inc.

No action will be required by you, your funds will remain on account with Olympia Trust Company until you instruct Olympia Currency & Global Payments Inc. to convert your funds or send your funds to a payee.

All of the existing forms of communication to Olympia Trust Currency & Global Payments will be directed to Olympia Currency & Global Payments Inc., including phone, email and websites.

There may be some slight service outages on our PayFX platform while we work with our technology partners to complete the transfer to Olympia Currency & Global Payments Inc., however these issues should be minimal and our staff will be available to assist via phone and email if needed.
